She was pathetic, she was unworthy of her breed. She wasn't a German Shepherd, she was a sheep. With her tail between her legs she stared at the entrance of the Forbidden Forest. It was dark, it was scary. She could smell the scents of much larger animals than her. Gulping she closed her eyes as she marched into the forest. Feeling the coldness of the shadows she once again opened her eyes. Ears were flat against her skull and her hair was raised. She was so terrified she felt she needed to pretend she was a threat. The sad part is, she reeked of fear.. not only that but it was obvious just by looking at her that she was a pathetic dog... a pet.

D A N G E R !

You have entered the Forbidden Forest and immediately the toxins fill your lungs. Within mere seconds the infection enters your body. You will now begin to change, and I'm sad to tell you, this is a very long and painful experience.

First your mouth will start to salivate, you will feel as if you have to throw up. Then your eyes will begin to burn as they change to a bright glowing green. Next, you will feel as though your body has caught on fire. When you attempt to scream in pain you will find that you can no longer make any sounds. Your fur will start to fall out in chunks, foam will form at your mouth. Instantly your memories will fade away, leaving you a bitter and empty shell. When the pain finally subsides your transformation will be completed.

Congratulations! You are now a pitiful beast, infected by your own insecurity.

Her mouth seemed to instantly fill up with saliva. Not long after that she felt as if she was going to be sick to her stomach. Coughing, she then began to feel a burning sensation in her eyes. Her first thought was the rub them on the ground. Rubbing her eyes and then the side of her neck. Falling to the ground she began to roll in the dirt as the burning sensation grew, covering her entire body and intensifying. Hair began to fall from her skin as she pressed her body against the cold dirt, trying desperately to cease the pain. Everything burned now, even her mouth was beginning to cause her great pain. There was even a fire in the pit of her stomach, which caused her to feel nauseous. A foam began to form at her mouth, leaving her with a nasty taste in her mouth. She wanted to scream in pain, to call out for help.. but when she opened her mouth no sounds came out. She tried so hard to get just a single noise out, but there was nothing. Tears began to stroll down her face. She tried to remember why she was even here, but nothing came to mind. Who had caused her to be filled with so much pain an agony? Not being able to remember angered her, if she could she'd be snarling at this point. With teeth clenched and bared she remained in the painful state for over three hours, the entire time harboring her hatred for the world. She had no idea who she was, or what she was doing here. All she knew was that the pain was now slowly fading from her body. Soon she'd be able to walk again. Once she could she would leave this dark and lonely place, but for now she'd let her body rest. She slept the rest of the day and through the night. When she woke up the next morning she quickly found her way out of the forest.
