ON THE LIST OF SPECIES ALLOWED, IS IT ALLOWED TO BE ANY BREED OF ONE OF THOSE SPECIES?
For the most part yes, unless it is undomesticated OR if it has something listed in ( ) then it may only be the breeds listed.
SO AS LONG AS THE BREED IS DOMESTICATED ITS ALLOWED?
Pretty much, yes. but hybrids (mix of domestic and non) are not allowed. And then not all species of domesticated animals are allowed, but you may always request for them to be added to the allowed species list.
SAY I'M A GIRL, CAN I MAKE A MALE CHARACTER?
Of course! Feel free to make characters of either gender, no matter what you are.
